Posture



You always need to keep a good posture for your health and well being. if you do not keep a good posture it can lead to health issues. Here are a couple of good tips to get you on the right track to keeping a good posture.


1 Your head should be 40cm – 90cm away from the screen.
2 Inward curve of the spine in the lumber region.
3 No pressure against the lower back of the thigh.
4 Feet flat on the floor
5 Leg at 90º angle to thigh.
6 Angle between trunk and thigh between 90º and 130°.
7 About 90º angle between the upper and lower arm near vertical.
